- Ball bonding, die attach, wire bonding, die bonding, soldering
- Requirements
- 3+ year experience in microwave thin-film assembly.
- Ability to use light machinery
- Ability to read microwave assembly drawings
- Good communication skills
- High school graduate or equivalent.
